How we handle your information when you explore the website or get in touch.
While you prepare a brief +
Your entries stay in the open form. Moving between steps does not send an inquiry.
When you choose to send +
The Send Project Inquiry button submits your details to our server. We confirm acceptance only after the email service accepts the request. If direct sending is unavailable, the form tells you and offers our email address.
Version 1.1 · Updated 8 September 2026
1. Who to contact
WHYTECH sp. z o.o., Kazimierza Wielkiego 40/2, 50-077 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001242464, is responsible for the personal information described here.
For projects, email info@whytechglobal.com. For privacy questions or rights requests, email legal@whytechglobal.com.
2. How the inquiry form works
We request your name, email address, selected services and project description to understand and answer your inquiry. Company, phone, country, budget and referral information are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
The website does not save your form entries in browser storage. They remain in the open page until you leave or reload it. Initial ideas selected elsewhere on this website may be passed through the inquiry URL and reappear on reload. Names and contact fields entered in the form are not added to that URL.
When direct sending is available and you submit, our server validates the request and passes the inquiry to an email delivery service for delivery to our team. The visitor’s address is used so we can reply. The form does not automatically open an email draft or subscribe you to marketing. A success message means the email service accepted the request; it is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.
If sending fails, your entries remain visible so you can retry or copy them. Choosing an email link opens your own email application; its provider also handles any message you choose to send.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiries to discuss your needs, prepare a proposal and manage business correspondence. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, or steps you request before a contract where applicable (GDPR Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). Security checks help protect the website against misuse. Acknowledging this policy is not marketing consent.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, and may have rights to restriction, portability or objection depending on the processing basis and circumstances. Where consent applies, it can be withdrawn. Contact legal@whytechglobal.com to exercise a right.
You can also complain to Poland’s supervisory authority, the President of UODO. See UODO’s complaint guidance.
5. Retention and service providers
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, related follow-up and any resulting business relationship. Applicable record-keeping duties and the establishment or defence of claims may require longer retention. These purposes determine the retention period rather than a single period for every inquiry.
Website hosting, infrastructure and email providers may process information to operate these services. The current website does not maintain a separate database of submitted inquiries. Email correspondence is handled in our business mailbox. A short-lived request identifier helps prevent duplicate sends; temporary request counts help limit repeated submissions.
Provider processing locations can differ from our location in Poland. Contact legal@whytechglobal.com for information about the providers handling your inquiry, processing locations and any applicable international-transfer arrangements.
6. Website data and changes
This website has no advertising or analytics integration. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs. Interactive product demonstrations use sample data and do not connect to real payment, booking or AI systems.
We update this policy when the way we handle information changes. The date above identifies the current notice. Information rights and transparency requirements are described in the GDPR.
